YONZEE Tesla emergency door release handles and safety
Tesla rear doors open electrically. If the 12V system fails, the manual release is hard to find — especially for a child or a guest. YONZEE handles make it obvious, and our gap filler keeps a window breaker within reach.

How the Tesla emergency door release works
Tesla doors open with an electronic button. If the car loses 12V power, the front doors have a mechanical release lever near the window switches, and the rear doors of the Model Y Juniper and Model 3 Highland have a manual release cable that is easy to miss. A Tesla emergency door release handle gives that cable a bright, easy-to-grip pull, so a passenger can find it in seconds.
Tell every regular passenger where it is. Practise once with the car parked and the windows down.
Small safety upgrades
- Seat gap filler with window breaker: stops phones falling and keeps a breaker by the driver's hand.
- Silicone buckle covers: protect seats from scratches and quiet the rattle.
