If a part doesn't fit

Wrong generation, a scuffed tray or a mount that won't seat — returns, refunds and warranty swaps are arranged on the seller's order page, following that seller's rules.

1. Check the generation Juniper vs earlier Model Y, Highland vs earlier Model 3.
2. Try a re-seat Press clips fully home; trim pieces click in two stages.
3. Then return Open the order with the seller.
